I have started this little foundation because I believe that even small actions can make a difference,
The purpose of the Thomson Understorey Foundation (TUF) is to demonstrate the power of visual art to raise awareness and money for the restoration of our natural ecosystems; specifically enhancing the presence of native plant species in the understoreys of forests, woods, meadows, public lands and urban boulevards with the goal of expanding and enhancing diversity and habitat for native species of plants, flowers, shrubs, mosses and lichens and their dependent species of insects, birds, reptiles, amphibians and animals.
Foundation is a member-funded not for profit society.
